Eriez will be showcasing a range of fluid filtration and recycling systems on stand 5989 at MACH 2016 from the 11th to 15th April at the NEC in Birmingham, UK. Eriez Hydroflow is a leader in comprehensive coolant and fluid management solutions for a variety of industries where high solids removal and fluid cleanliness are critical parameters of the process. Visitors to the stand will have the opportunity to find out how their highly efficient products can optimise machine systems and minimise consumable filtration costs.
The stand will feature a selection of filtration and recycling products from Eriez Hydroflow’s extensive product range including the Star Filter, Single Centrifuge and Sump Cleaner. Showcasing the fluid filtration systems Eriez manufactures, the Star Filter provides fine filtration of metalworking fluids, achieving levels of filtration of typically 3 to 5 microns; and the Centrifuge unit delivers a media-free industrial fluid purifying system removing fines down to 10 microns nominal. The featured Sump Cleaner from the fluid recycling product range removes, recycles and returns industrial fluids with minimal downtime, achieving filtration levels down to 50 microns nominal.
Visitors can see working demonstrations of the products and the high levels of filtration that can be achieved to maximise fluid effectiveness and longevity, improving machine tool productivity and reducing disposal costs.
