NEW: Verderflex® Vantage 5000
The new Verderflex Vantage 5000 cased tube pump is designed to offer superior levels of dosing accuracy, at high discharge pressures exceeding 7 bar (100 psi). Key features of this dosing pump include, 12 bit digital high resolution, 4000:1 turn down ratio, touch screen, Wi-Fi connectivity, ethernet, profinet, profibus, modbus remote signalling, monitoring and control functionality options.

NEW: Verderflex® Steptronic
The new Steptronic range is designed to operate as either a panel mounted or “stand alone” OEM cased unit. The Steptronic features an accurate, high resolution, integrated stepper drive which is suitable for continuous duty and critical “multi-cycle” OEM applications.

The units are highly adaptable, offering a wide range of flow rates (0.1 to 1310 ml/min) with a class leading 4000:1 turn down ratio and speeds in excess of 400 RPM. Steptronic has multiple AC & DC input power options and can be controlled remotely by digital, analogue and HMI signals including 4-20mA and 0-10V.

Award Winning: Verderflex® Dura 5 & Dura 7 High Pressure Low Volume Dosing Pumps

NEW: Verderflex® Dura 55 Hose Pump
Launched at the end of 2014, the New Dura 55, builds on all the benefits of the Dura 45. Key features of the pump include stalled rotor protection and a patented easy change hose connection.

This range of peristaltic tube pumps has built-in controls, with additional instruments and accessories available to supplement your dosing program.  Verderflex VP peristaltic tube pumps are compact pumps ideal for precision dosing of chemicals; offering models with integrated functions such as timer, pH control or Redox control. Common application areas are in the chemical industry, medical industry, laboratory and analysis, swimming pools, cleaning & hygiene.

Verderhus® screw centrifugal pumps
Verderhus® screw centrifugal pumps combine the best features of centrifugal and positive displacement pumps to define a new standard for low head, high flow pumping.  Each Verderhus® pump has a large clearance, screw impeller gently feeding product into the pump chamber and efficiently transferring it to the discharge line.  The open impeller allows large solids (up to 30%) to be easily pumped, whilst the screw design is ideal for high solid contents or viscous liquids and produces a high efficiency, low NPSHR pump lowering both energy use and ownership costs.

This makes the Verderhus® the ideal solution for sludge and slurry transfer in biowaste energy plants, beer and food production, construction, mining, paper & pulp production, petfood processing and waste water treatment.

Verderair® double diaphragm pumps
Verderair® VA double diaphragm pumps are available in a wide range of materials and material combinations. The pumps deliver a flow up to 1200 l/min and have a max. pressure of 8.6 bar. The robust design ensures long quality life and short maintenance downtime. Verderair diaphragm pumps are executed with a non-stalling air valve, non-icing.

Verderair ® Pure double diaphragm pumps
The new Verderair Pure solid machined diaphragm pumps (pure PE and PTFE) offer solutions for high end applications. Conductive PE and PTFE are available for ATEX environments and as well a lot of accessories such as pulsation dampeners, barrier systems and more. The Verderair diaphragm pumps are the most efficient diaphragm pumps because of its unique air valve design.

NEW: Verderair® HI-CLEAN
The HI-CLEAN diaphragm series of pumps consist of food grade and food safe polished diaphragm pumps, according to EC 1935/2004 & FDA and 3A. The pumps are available with Tri-Clamp or DIN 11851 connections, a series of high grade finished milk & dairy diaphragm pumps and a series of hygienic piston diaphragm pumps for the emptying of barrels.

The HI-CLEAN pumps are CIP, SIP and strip cleanable, are true self priming and are executed with overmolded diaphragms.
